Cass Co Alcohol Safety Solutions (C.A.S.S.) and Van Buren Substance Abuse Task Force are participating in Smart Summer Campaign.  Smart Summer is the innovation of the Kalamazoo Substance Abuse Task Force ( www.kzootaskforce.com )  the 12-week campaign that is designed to encourage parents to set boundaries, monitor activities and stay connected with their children.  Each week a new question will prompt parents to reflect on a particular topic.  Throughout the summer we hope that parents will become more engaged in their children's lives and as a result youth will be less likely to become involved in risky behaviors such as substance abuse.
