Services: Our immunization clinic offers immunizations to people of all ages.  Most common vaccinations are included.  During the Fall we offer additional clinics to administer flu and pneumonia vaccinations.  Our staff also works with area providers to encourage participation with the state-wide immunization registry and to distribute VFC vaccines.

Locations:

Cassopolis  
First Tuesday of each month: 9:00-11:00 am and 1:00-4:00 pm
Third Tuesday of each month: 1:00-7:00 pm**

Dowagiac 
First Thursday of each month: 1:00-7:00 pm**
Third Thursday of each month: 9:00-11:00 am and 1:00-4:00 pm

Hartford  
Thursdays: 9:00-11:00 am and 1:00-4:00 pm
On the first Thursday of each month the hours are extended to 7:00 pm.**

Paw Paw  
Last Wednesday of each month: 9:00-11:00 am and 1:00-4:00 pm
Second Wednesday of each month: 1:00-7:00 pm**
Third Wednesday of each month: 9:00-11:00 am**
Second and fourth Fridays of each month: 9:00-11:00 am and 1:00-4:00 pm**

Services at the South Haven office are only as arranged by appointment.

Appointments: **Please call ahead to schedule an appointment for these clinics.  Phone 269-445-5280 for the Cassopolis and Dowagiac clinics, 269-621-3143 for the Hartford and South Haven clinics, and 269-657-6053 for the Paw Paw clinic.  Other clinics are on a walk-in basis.
Financial: Immunizations are provided to children who qualify for the Vaccines For Children Program. 

Children qualifying for this vaccine:

bulletare Medicaid enrolled
bulletare Native American or Alaskan Native
bullethave NO health insurance
bullethave health insurance but immunizations are NOT covered by their insurance.

Children with insurance coverage for any part of their immunization should get their immunizations from their doctor's office or primary care provider.  Please call the health department (269-621-3143) and ask to speak with an immunization nurse to understand the vaccination options available to you. 

There is a fee for some adult vaccinations.
